Yet it is wonderfully central: Bludenz in 8 minutes, the Brandnertal in 1, Lake Constance (Bodensee) in 40, with Friedrichshafen, Zürich and Innsbruck airports all within easy reach.
Skiing
On the Brandnertal ski slopes
Ski into the sunny, family-friendly Brandnertal / Bürserberg ski area — around 62 km of pistes linked by a modern panoramic cable car, just minutes from your door.
The Brandnertal pass also opens the neighbouring Montafon, and six further resorts lie within 30 minutes, including Silvretta Montafon, Klostertal / Sonnenkopf and Ski Arlberg.
Lifestyle
A destination for every season
Summer and winter, the Brandnertal is a playground: six golf courses within 50 minutes, mountain biking, alpine swimming lakes and hiking from the door — then ski season on the slopes above.
Down in the valley, the historic town of Bludenz offers shops, restaurants and cafés, with Lake Constance and three countries within easy reach.

Rare second-home status
A rare advantage: the apartments qualify for official second-home status („Zweitwohnsitz“) — uncommon in Austria and in high demand. They are intended primarily for owner-occupancy, without the strict letting obligations of purely tourist developments.
Because such permits are tightly restricted, supply is limited — supporting long-term value. Use your apartment whenever you wish, with optional letting available during quieter periods.
